About Black History Month Celebration

On Wednesday, February 29, 2012, UPA will hold an all school Black History Month Celebration. The goal of this event is to educate our students about the many great achievements of African-Americans from the past and the present.

We are asking that students wear a white shirt and black pants/skirt for the event. Students should report to the village area at 4:30 p.m. to prepare for the performance. Students must be picked up at 3:30 p.m. as usual, and return to the building no later than 4:30. Students cannot be left unsupervised at the school after dismissal.
